Stephanie worked on the Medical-Surgical floor at Brattleboro Memorial Hospital in Vermont for several years serving patients who were greatly affected by obesity and obesity related conditions. She quickly realized a passion for helping people who were struggling with obesity and burdened by the effects of high blood pressure, high cholesterol and diabetes.

Her mission became to help educate and inspire people to take control of their lives. Stephanie is dedicated to helping others find their well-being through proper nutrition, coaching and empowering patients.

Stephanie continues to serve as a Nurse in Hospice at the Fisher Home in Amherst, MA. In her free time you’ll often find Stephanie with her three children, inspiring them to stay active by adventuring the great outdoors. In addition, Stephanie enjoys gardening, yoga and cooking.

Jeanette Wilburn, DC

Chiropractor & Co-Owner

Jeanette has been a Chiropractor for 20 years, specializing in the care of pregnant women and of infants and children. She graduated with a degree in History and Theater from Smith College in Northampton, MA and her Doctor of Chiropractic from Life West in California.

She seeks to empower others via healthy eating habits, proper weight management and education. Jeanette helps others live better and happier lives, a perfect match for the “Chiropractic Wellness Lifestyle” she already espoused.

When not motivating others, Jeanette enjoys weight lifting, cooking and making snarky remarks. She is a dedicated mother of two children and a farm of foster animals.

Massage Therapist

Heather Roberts, a Licensed Massage Therapist, holds an Associates Degree in Science. Her career began in Occupational Therapy, where she practiced for over 15 years. Driven by her passion for massage, she returned to school and graduated from the Branford Hall Career Institute Massage Therapy Program in 2014. Since then, she has been an integral part of Elements Massage in Hadley, serving as their senior lead therapist and compliance officer.

Heather’s expertise lies in pain management, and she is proficient in various massage techniques, including:
