24-Hour Cancellations
All patients must contact us 24 hours in advance to cancel/reschedule appointments.
A $25.00 no show/ late cancellation fee will be charged
Repeated no call, no show can result in termination of the protocol.

Rescheduling Policy and Cancellation Policy:
Your appointment is very important to us and it is reserved especially for you. We realize that there are many things that can come up in people's day to day lives.

While truly sympathetic, when a client cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another client from being seen. In fairness to all clients as well as to the practitioners, this policy is in effect regardless of the reason for the cancellation.

Be Vital has a minimum 24 hour cancellation/ rescheduling policy. If an appointment is missed, canceled or changed with less than 24 hour notice, there will be a charge of $25 cancellation fee. If a client does not show up for their scheduled appointment three times and has had a discussion with one of the practitioners about this issue, then the client will be asked to no longer be a client at Be Vital.

Reminder Text
As a courtesy, we will send a text message reminder about your reserved appointment prior to your appointment. However, if we are unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.

How to Reschedule?
The change of time and date can be done by canceling your existing appointment via email and by calling Be Vital. Please, if you use email, state "reschedule " in the subject of the email so we can notice it better. However, we recommend to text one of the practitioners that you would like to reschedule if you have their number to inform them more efficiently. Once you contact us, we will get back to you as soon as possible to schedule your new appointment.

How to Cancel?

Refund Policy
If a client at Be Vital decides to discontinue treatment and services after a payment has been made and received, they may not receive a full refund. Merchant fees may apply. However, individual circumstances may be discussed with the practitioners.
